Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

The website is helpful and very informative. The products are of outstanding quality. I feel I'm using the best and safest for my pet. I recommend Basis Pet to all my friends.

I would refer both family and friends to Basis Pet. The customer service is second to none.

Super happy with my product! Great small business and if you are looking for dog/cat bowls, I would highly recommend these!

I bought 2 stainless steel cat bowls from this company after learning about the dangers of cheaply made bowls. (My cat also developed feline chin acne after eating from ceramic bowls for awhile, and I really needed good stainless steel.) I am so very satisfied with them. They look and feel like they are of the highest quality. I also bought a medium sized bowl to serve as a water dish. I feel so much better about having my cats water in a bowl that has been tested for lead and other things, since the water just sits there, and probably can absorb. toxins. I have noticed one of my cats is actually drinking more in the past week. Unfortunately I had to return a bowl holder because I was unable to use it. The prompt and incredibly friendly response I got when I asked about the return process was amazing. I heartily recommend this company to everyone.

I purchased the two pack of the large dog bowls, and I'm really happy I did. Just by looking at these bowls you can tell that this company puts a lot of careful thought into its products--something that doesn't happen very often any more. I'm thrilled that I can support a small business and would recommend these bowls to anyone who is interested in investing in good quality pet products that will last.

Great product and great service! Highly recommend it.

Very happy with order. After hearing what was in the Chinese and India stainless steel we couldn't wait to get this product because we love our pet.The stand for the bowls is also very high quality.

These are excellent quality dog food bowls. They are so much better than the big box stores dog bowls I have used in the past. At first I thought not having a non skid bottom would make a difference, but it has not. The size I ordered had the same dimensions as the bowls I was using and they are perfect for the amount of food each dog gets. I love the fact that the sides are rounded at the bottom of the bowl instead of straight up and down. I have senior dogs with missing teeth and it is so much easier for them to get their food at the bottom of the bowl. I would buy them again or recommend them to a friend.
