Bought large stainless steel bowl to use as an outside water bowl. No worries about damage if water freezes in cold weather. I never knew about the different grades of stainless steel. I'm glad of the high quality stainless and no worries about an unhealthy product. What makes it even better is that it is made in USA.

I bought two stainless steel food/water bowls from Basis Pet and I'm very happy with the quality. You can't really tell from the photos but the bowls are heavy grade and thicker on the bottom so they sit well and are solid. They don't look or feel cheap like some other metal bowls you may see in the pet store and it's good to know Basis Pet is dedicated to a quality made, safe, US made product.

The bowls that I received from Basis Pets are awesome! I specifically wanted a product that was made in the USA and Basis Pets provided that with a superior product. It appears these bowls keep the water cooler longer. They also have great customer relations. The bowls are priced right! I have searched several bowls and the crap from China or India is the same price or more expensive! I love to support local quality companies and Basis Pets is one. I purchased two sets of bowls - one for my pup and one for my parents dog. My mom is also quite impressed with Basis Pets. We will be ordering again from them and will tell all of our friends and family about them.

I wanted a really good stainless steel bowl for my cat and one made in the USA. Found at Amazon. Ordered 2. My cat loved them. Did not realize cats do not like bowls that touch their whiskers. Ordered 2 more for my little dog. She is eating better than she has in the 5 1/2 years I've had her. Apparently she likes the shallow bowls, too. Use 2 for my cat. 1 fpr canned and and one for dry food. Mt chihuahua only eats dry food so used the other one for water. I didn't think it held enough water so ordered the medium. It is perfect for water for my 2 babies. I love these bowls. They are a bit expensive but well worth the price. Love the care the company takes in delivery. Great service and a great purchase,
