Items were on back order but company responded quickly to messages and as soon as items were in warehouse representative assured me they would be immediately shipped out and they were. They went beyond duty to make sure that happened. Happy with Barefoot Spas overall.

I ordered a set of headreasts. When I placed the order, the website said nothing about the items being on back order. I finally called the company to inquire about delivery date. I was then told they are running late. I feel I should have recieved an email letting me know the issue.

Purchased the new hot tub in June 2024 the sales guy was very nice, tub was delivered in Aug 2024 on a date we requested. Shortly after getting it going we noticed a leak, I was able to determine it was from a cracked connector running water through a tub. I was able to fix the leak. Two months ago I noticed another leak. This time the leak was coming from the bottom of the ozone. I contacted Mika in costumer service and through may emails and calls she was able to get a tech out to my home to and replace a faulty valve and replace the ozone. Mika did an awesome job in emails and returning calls and getting me set up with a tech to make the repairs. Casey the tech arrived and he was a wealth of knowledge on the hot tub and fixed everything. My only heart burn is the $150.00 for the service call to come out to my home to fix the leak, we knew about this prior to buying the tub its just a pain to have to shell out the money for a service call.

quality products to replace the maintenance supplies furnished with the spa. One chemical was not listed ont he website. Shipping was slow.

Order came and all is good. I would have given 5 stars but it took 2 weeks to get here. I realize I ordered on a holiday but last time it arrived in 2 days.

I had to call customer service and it was fix right away. Thanks you

Process is great. Wish less expensive :)
