Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you've had this experience. Our barcode numbers do work on Amazon. In fact, we've sold over **200 million** barcode numbers to more than **200,000 companies**, and the majority of those are used successfully on Amazon every day. We also searched our records and have not received any emails from you regarding this issue. Had we known, we would have been happy to help right away. Most Amazon barcode issues are actually related to the product listing rather than the barcode itself, and they're typically resolved in just a few minutes with our support team's assistance. Additionally, every purchase is covered by our **Works for Amazon Guarantee**, so you're protected either way. Please reach out to us directly—we'd love the opportunity to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
