Do not trust. Read reviews, all the same experience. Charged me $1,600 for perpetual license, then sent me 1 year only for 2 printers. Won't admit this is their fault. basically stole from us. having to go to credit card for refund.

Placed order 4/17/26. Never informed me that item was not available until I called. Placed order 4/17/26. No refund given for item after 4 weeks now. Do they do this to others hoping they will forget? Will never do business with them again.

First, I waited a week for the product to be shipped. When I called to find out what was going on, they told me they had it in stock and were going to send it out. A week later—having received nothing—they informed me that they didn't actually have it in stock and were canceling the order.

Sold items listed online as “in stock” only after 2 weeks and my follow up you cancelled my order for no reason. I assume you do not have the item.

Ordered a part that was labeled as "In Stock" and then issued a refund 2.5 weeks later without a reason why. Contacted customer service and they said the part was out of stock. Checked the website while waiting for a response from CS and the part I ordered is still listed as "In Stock". Customer service response is "There is nothing we can do" Will not order from this company again
