We have always had excellent service from Barcode Giant. Their sales people are there to assist with product advice.

got it just in time! thanks!

I needed to pay for some barcode scanners with a PO. Their website did not immediately give me that option so I used their online chat support to ask if this was possible. They took my info, took care of the order for me, sent me all the appropriate documentation, and the scanners arrived within 2 days. Great customer service! 10/10 would buy again.

ordered critical replacement part late afternoon, shipped and arrived next day.
