Getting my products was fine, but the return process was a mess. I had to follow up a half dozen times to get my return pushed through for a defective part.

I worked with a sales rep via chat. When the hand held arrived, there was no way to charge the device. I went back and purchased a dock. This time I realized it did not include the power supply. However, I did not understand that it needed a power cord, too. Fortunately I had one available. 1. You should be selling a complete kit for those of us that don't buy these very often. 2. The salesperson should have told me I needed the additional item.
