Worst experience when purchasing equipment. Paid next day delivery. Called to confirm I would receive next day. Item never arrived. I called to find out what’s going on, was told the item wasn’t going to be available for a week. After going back and forth a gentleman by the name of Andrew. Andrew was very helpful and was able to contact the supplier of my items and assured me they would send them out and they would arrive the following day. Well they didn’t arrive until 4 days later. When I contacted Andrew about this, never heard back. Worst customer service. Worst communication. And my business delayed opening nearly a week because the items I requested took so long to arrive, after being promised twice they would arrive on time.
