I have purchased from Barcode Giant twice now. I called to talk to a real person before my first purchase and they were great. While they are an e-commerce site and not necessarily setup as a live phone agent type operation, dropping thousands on RFID equipment can be scary from a relatively unknown site. Talking to someone was the only way I was comfortable with my initial purchase, so I would highly recommend this route if you have the same concerns. My second purchase I just went with a regular online order. Both orders were fine, no problems. I received the gear quickly and exactly as ordered, and for a lower price than I found anywhere else.
