Good price, fast service

Customer service has dropped considerably over the years. We often have to write followups asking if they got our equipment order or to please send the tracking number. Frustrated by a lack of response last week from our sales rep over an urgent order, I submitted both an email and a "chat request" indicating my disappointment with service and asking for a response. We heard from our rep on both channels a few minutes later. In one, he apologized as he had been "on the phone", and on the other -- seemingly forgetting he'd just said he'd been on the phone -- he apologized saying he had "just arrived to the office". It seemed dishonest.

The unit came w/o a power cord. No mention in any of the specs. Totally disorganized as far as the shipping goes. Seems like a garage operation. Buy from elsewhere.
