Honestly, I had a really good experience ordering from BarberSupply.com. My order came in pretty quickly, everything was packed well, and everything I ordered was exactly what I expected. I’ve ordered barber supplies from a few different places before, and this was definitely one of the smoother experiences. No issues with my order and no complaints with the products. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Producten worden niet geleverd en meneer geeft niet thuis of komt elke week met een nieuwe smoes

I purchased a BABYLISSPRO® NANO TITANIUM™ TRAVEL DRYER in the color blue. They delivered it in black. I emailed, texted, and called before they responded. I was told that black was "substituted" (without notifying me) due to the fact that they no longer had it in blue. They offered a discount if I agreed to keep the black dryer, and told me they would get back to me with the amount. Instead, they sent $10 to my account. This amount did not even cover the price of the delivery fee. I called back but they did not respond. My recommendations include: -do not post an item to sell if you do not have it in your inventory -do not substitute an item without contacting the customer first to ask if they agree with the change. -make upgrades in your customer service connections to ensure appropriate contact timelines -when the delivered item mistake is on your end, work with your customers directly until a satisfactory solution is agreed upon I do not recommend this company because they cannot be trusted to provide a satisfactory buying experience.

Tondeuse besteld en betaald en toen niets meer, geen contact te krijgen, telefonisch zogenaamd te druk, je wordt gewoon opgehangen geen reactie op WhatsApp en email. Weg geld geen Tondeuse, oplichters

We ordered Clippers for my husband, for work. He had them almost a week, now they are sticking. I emailed the company, so far 1 week, no answer. They suck when it comes to replying. They got their money for their product and now they aren't working, will not reply to an email. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Neemt je geld antwoord nooit als probleem is al 3 maanden schandalig....moet ondezocht worden door nederlands federal...hoe kan zo zaak bestaan.

Levert niets, reageert op niets. Bedrog.
