Hi there, Thank you for sharing this — we want to respond to every point you've raised directly, honestly, and without deflection. First and foremost: Bankrolla is not a fraudulent site. We are a fully legitimate sweepstakes platform operating in compliance with all applicable regulations, and we take allegations of this nature extremely seriously — both as a matter of integrity and as a matter of our responsibility to our community. Regarding game performance — all games on our platform operate on certified random number generation, independently verified by our game providers. Individual session outcomes vary by nature and cannot be influenced or predetermined by us or anyone else. We understand that a difficult session is deeply frustrating, and we're genuinely sorry your experience felt that way. Regarding your account closure request — this is the part of your review we want to address with the most urgency. If you have requested your account to be closed and that request has not been fulfilled after multiple attempts, that is something we need to investigate and resolve immediately. No player should ever have to ask more than once. Please reach out to us directly via live chat on bankrolla.com or email us at [email protected] — mention this review and your account closure request will be treated as an absolute top priority and processed without any further delay. We understand your frustration and we want to make this right. Please give us the opportunity to resolve this for you directly. Warm regards, Bankrolla Team

Hi Amanda, Thank you for coming back to update your review — we only wish the update brought better news, and we are truly sorry that it didn't. We remember the excitement you had going into your first redemption experience, and we are genuinely disappointed that we weren't able to deliver on that. Seven days without a resolution for a first-time redemption is not just unacceptable — it's exactly the kind of experience that should never happen, especially for someone who came in with such a positive attitude toward our platform. We hear you on every level. The wait, the uncertainty, the frustration of not knowing when or if things would move — and ultimately, the decision to walk away. That's on us, and we own it entirely. We don't want to lose you as a member of our community, and we'd genuinely like the opportunity to make this right. Your redemption request should still be on record — please reach out to us via live chat on bankrolla.com or at [email protected] and mention this review. Our payments team will locate your request and ensure it is processed and completed as an immediate priority. We hope you'll give us one more chance to show you the experience you deserved from day one. Warm regards, Bankrolla Team
