First redemption try was difficult but second went smoothly

I used to be happy with the platform, but since my last attempt to redeem, my opinion is fading. My first redemption was fairly quick, with little to no issues. However, for my second redemption, I was asked for verification three times. I've been waiting since May 20, 2026, and I’m seriously starting to doubt if I will ever receive my prize because I keep getting requests to send pictures with ID, handwritten notes, and more. This is quickly becoming my least favorite platform.

The sign-up offer was there right away and gave me a solid start. I like when things are simple and you don’t have to chase down a promo after registering.
