Our seminars provided a great deal of information and ideas of how to approach using Sage that we had never considered. We are planning on having yearly updates and possible efficiency audits to make sure that we are using the software as effectively as possible.

The Ask Richards, is time consuming but more directional. The review processes have been more organized or more understanding. We have had a delay when starting over between the setups that I cannot wait to go live.

Because of that, we’ve been working hard to simplify and streamline the experience—removing unnecessary steps and making it easier to move through setup and go live faster.
