Hi! The email you received was to review our website based on trustworthiness, not a product review. We have a money back guarantee or I’m happy to send you a replacement! We are an extremely small business so these reviews are quite damaging. I stand behind my products 100% and am more than happy to remedy this for you! Please email me directly: [email protected] Thanks, Sayble Founder | Bali Lash
