Don't both - Very poor customer service
Ordered an item and received the wrong item 10 days later. Chased numerous times by email with no response. Rang him and he said send me an email, which I did - no response. Finally sent an email giving him a deadline to respond by. Nothing. Gave up in the end and initiated a chargeback with my bank. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Update: the item arrived today but without any notification. Still disappointed at the lack of customer care.
