Ashley from Baisi Wig contacted me shortly after I placed my online order to confirm my hair color and type. She was very helpful and attentive to my request. She asked me to send a photo of my hair so they could match the color as closely as possible. Ashley also shared that they would expedite my order so it would arrive within 4–7 business days and offered me a discount on my next purchase. I’m now looking forward to receiving my items and hope they’re just as beautiful as the photos on the website. 🌹 Thank you, Ashley, for the excellent customer service!
