The hair i received is not as described…
The hair i received is not as described on the company’s website. The color is wrong; I ordered Black, I received a dirty looking brown. The hair is not smooth -at all, as if the cuticle is blown out and it has a HORRIBLE smell. I’ve made 3 separate attempts to contact the company for details on how to return for a full refund. Ten days later they have Not complied. I’m extremely frustrated. I would definitely say Buyer Beware!

Hi dear, Really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our hair is slightly brown, more noticeable in the sun. But that's the nature of 100% human hair. Worse customer Service — Buyer Beware
Ordered last week with express shipping and order has not been fulfilled. There is a FedEx tracking number but the company has not shipped. Sent 3 emails to date issue not resolved yet cc has been charged. No customer service phone number in US or online chat

dissatisfied purchase
Wig too large Wig is not cut and tapered Wig doesn't look any thing like the website picture very displeased, my anticipation was great and a BiG let down!!!! they are located Guanghou,GU 510420 out of the United States, I have asked for a return shipping label with bar code but have not received it

Hi dear, sorry for hearing that you don't like our hair. Normally our wig cap zise is medium.Because we did not receive your note for a smal wig cap, then we did not customize the small wig cap and ship it directly. If you think it is too large for you, we have the elastic bang and clips inside of the wig, you can adjust the size. If you want the small wig cap, could you pls leave a note to us when you check out, then we can customize it for you next time. If you think the hair don't like the pics, could you pls send some pics to us? We will report it to our factory and we will improve the quality in the future. Really sorry again, we promise that we wil pick up best hair and apply the best discount for you in your next order, could you pls give us another chance?

First and last time I will do business…
First and last time I will do business with them. I canceled my order 5 mins after I ordered it after I seen the turnaround time to get it delivered. They completely ignored my cancelation sent it anyway and ignored every email after the shipped it. When I finally had communication about that situation they told me to sell it to someone else. I had to pay my own money to send it back. Buyer beware
