I had an extremely disappointing - Scam
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this shipping company. They severely damaged my medical devices during transit—items that are both sensitive and important. After reporting the issue, I was repeatedly told to file a damage claim, which I did promptly. However, since then, there has been little to no meaningful follow-up. Multiple attempts to get updates or resolution have been ignored, leaving me completely in the dark. What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability and communication. It feels like a cycle of being told to “submit a claim” without any intention of actually resolving it. If you are shipping valuable or sensitive items—especially medical equipment—I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable and responsive company. This experience has been unacceptable.

Please reach out to us directly so we can attempt to facilitate a resolution with the driver regarding the damage costs.
