What I dislike is that I never subscribed to anything, therefore it is still under investigation on how this happened. But with that said, I got a response back regarding my refund and happy with the way this is handled. I do not know what this company is about in the slightest, but they handle queries professionally.

Not much to say from side. The service on queries and to resolve them is quite impressive. Thank you
