This company stands by their word. I had a bit of a problem when a bag I ordered was actually a very dark navy instead of black, as it said in the description. It was in great condition, so I removed the tag and then when I saw it in daylight I noticed it was really blue! I messaged them right away and they took care of everything. I shipped it back they refunded my money and 3 weeks later they got in a beautiful black bag and I was able to purchase it. A happy ending because of their great customer service and fairness.

The purse was exactly as described and shipping was crazy fast!

UPS delivered it by dropping it by my garage. That was alarming because no one was home/notified. What if someone stole the parcel? I thought it required a signature? Is that no longer a requirement?
