Fantastic! Thank you so much for taking time to provide a review! Hope to see you online again soon :) All the Best, Rorik of the Backwoods
This is a unique product in a niche market that I appreciate existing but I don't really like the thin material of the Quiver Mat holder. I wish it was a hard tube that retained its shape. I feel like it could be damaged easily and seems like a very flimsy and thin material for the price that is being charged. Maybe bring down the price by 15 bucks or redesign it to be worthy of the price being charged. Thanks!

So sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Orion Playmat Tube from Quiver Time :( Our return process is FREE and EASY if you'd like to send the item back just say the word and our Wizards will assist you promptly (I have attempted to contact you via email)! When we receive the returned item we will refund 100% of the purchase without hesitation. As a retail partner of Quiver Time we will submit your product feedback to them for review but we have no influence on their design and manufacturing processes. What we can do is try to describe the item more accurately on our product page and I would love to get your feedback on what we currently have written! We do appreciate your honest feedback on the Quiver Time product and would very much like to include it on our site's product review page (Ratings & Reviews are at the bottom of each Product Page). We were hoping that our TrustPilot reviews would reflect the service quality, checkout, shipping, and customer service experience that you have had with Backwoods Wizards but we're happy to receive feedback from customers in any forum. Hope to hear from you soon regarding the return, happy to assist at a moments notice ;) All the Best, Rorik of the Backwoods

I am a sponsor of a D&D and Magic the Gathering club at a low income school. I reached out in hopes of some type of help to get the club off the ground and give our kids something worth using. Not only did they respond immediately, they sent more than I ever imagined! 4 playmats, a fat pack of cards, two commander decks still in the box, AND 3 awesome smelling candles!

Most excellent, we are happy to support such a fantastic club! The kids are lucky to have a genuine leader such as yourself; Magic the Gathering, D&D, and other social games can shape and change people's lives in profound ways! Looking forward to hearing about your club's progress :) All the Best, Rorik of the Backwoods
