I was able to setup my own plan with the IRS using the info from backtaxeshelp.com. I only owed 7,000 so it didn't make sense to work with a tax professional directly. The person on chat was very helpful.

Although they couldn't help me, they took the time to guide me on what to do next since my debt amount was so small.

I have no suggestions but they got me to the right professional that could help...since they couldn't service me directly they said. I suggest next time they only have one company call me instead of two.
