My experience of ordering from Backdropsource was amazing. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of print. All in all I'm very satisfied and look forward to my next purchase.

Item was exactly as advertised. Arrived sooner than expected, properly packaged to protect merchandise. I'm very satisfied and will order again.

It's said in production that there are 3 options and you can only pick two: fast, good, and cheap. I don't know how Backdropsource does it but they provide all 3!

It's a cheater company, don't ever fall for their traps. They sent their customers defective product and never ever replace it, making false promises which they never fulfilled. I would repeat again, NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM a fraud company like this. I have burned my hands and don't want others to fall as their prey, after spending a lot of money we expect quality products whereas they sent defective products. Shame on them. I am utterly disappointed in them, their service, their products, and their cheat customer support team. Edit: After so many months of false promises, they neither refunded nor replaced the product. I would advise other's to not fell into their trap.

Imported from China…sucks…when I called they told me production was based of Las Vegas…very deceptive

The tension fabric for my sign this time is sooo tight that you can barely get it over the poles. Also the seams look like they are going to split at any time.

I told them each slot was 2.5'x2.5' and figured that was a standard size and asked them to make the cloth to fit that size. They misunderstood and made the cloth 2.5'x2.5'. Which is obviously too big. They seemed inexperienced and could not offer any guidance. And have refused to help me with this issue and seem happy to just have my money.
