Easy process Made shipping and receiving seamless and with zero streas

While the rep helping me was very helpful, there were a lot of issues along the way. 1- We had asked backdrop to put up the walls on a particular day, for our schedule it was very important that the walls were put up on that day but they were not, apparently, they didn't know, when we were very adamant about the walls going up on a certain day. 2- Once the walls were up there was a mistake with the door. Backdrop printed the door handle on the wrong side of the door, so they had to switch the graphic on the door from having the inside graphic be outside and vice versa. 3- The brackets for two of the tv's were ordered wrong. 4- We ordered a sticker of the logo of our company to be placed on the window and it was never placed. The product is great and our rep tried to help as much as possible, but all of the issues were just too stressful to deal with, when I had so many other things to worry about for this event. I shouldn't have to be stressed over having a vendor do their job properly.

Great communication and service. Quick turnaround, backdrop and graphics look great. Easy set-up and tear down, packaged smartly. Only note would be podium counter / lid doesn't sit flush with the graphic wrap on it. Small nit to pick. Overall, extremely satisfied with process and deliverable.
