I have not received the order I placed in November. There is no response to emails. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a newborn gift set 2 months ago (November 2022) for my friend who had her baby early January 2023. The order has been stuck in “processing.” They never completed and shipped it. There is no customer service at all. Nobody responds to emails - direct or through their web form. No phone number to call. Don’t bother ordering anything from them.

I’m kind of over ordering from them. I’ve ordered a few times and it gets longer and longer each time to wait for my stuff and I’m in the same state as them. I’ve reached it so many times via text, email, social media. Nothing. No response.

It’s has been over two months and never received items. They do not respond to customer service emails. I’m starting to wonder if it’s a scam.

Second time ordering from them (mistake), both times they don’t respond to customer service emails and it takes 6+ weeks to get your items.

Never responds to customer service emails.
