Hello Ilia, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed. This is an introductory resource for families that are looking to help improve sleep tonight. For some families, they haven't researched anything about baby sleep and really want a resource to get them started! Not only do we include a 20+ page guide and detailed video training, but we also include several other three other guides and resources, which is truly a great deal for $19USD! For some families that have researched a ton on their own on Google, then this resource may not be as helpful and they may need our more comprehensive program to walk them through the sleep training steps. Our 21 Days to Peace and Quiet program is really the best place to get a long-term sleep solution for these families! I can assure you that all of our resources our self-created, and we do not use any AI resources. Jilly is a licensed pediatric nurse and lactation consultant and of course, we do promote our program through social media ads since we are a small online business. Hello Magda, We are sorry to hear you didn't find our guide helpful. We love sharing content on our Instagram and Facebook pages, but the guides our families purchase are way more extensive and comprehensive. We are a small business made up of moms and yes, we did shut down our email for 3 days so we could spend time with our loved ones. We work very hard to support our clients, and in no way are dishonest with our families. We understand sleep deprivation firsthand and strive to provide families with the best support possible through Zoom consultations and email packages. Hi Yeliz, I'm sorry to hear how you're disappointed. I can see how that would be frustrating. Please let me explain. We encouraged you to sign up for the program so you could start the steps right away and get an improvement on your child's sleep before traveling, which can be encouraging. We allow everyone to start their 30 days of support at a time that suits them. I don't recall you expressing that you didn't want to do the Checking In Method on our Zoom call. You certainly don't have to use a sleep training method you're not comfortable with, that's why we provide four different methods. Sometimes, with big travel plans like you had, parents have to choose between doing quick methods so they can sleep well while traveling or waiting until their trip is over to begin sleep training. It's a tough choice, but deciding to sleep train in the midst of a big international trip is a tough decision! I'm sorry if you didn't feel supported in choosing the right method. But again, you have other options available in the program. We have tried pausing support for families when things pop up like illness, but as I'm sure you can imagine, when supporting hundreds of families at a time, this becomes a logistical challenge. So what we offer is incredibly affordable support on a monthly basis. You can continue with 1:1 messaging and personal support 5 days/week and 2 Zoom calls/week for only $30/month. That is what we offered to you and most clients are very happy with that offer. I'm sorry that you weren't. We would love to continue helping you. I'm confident that we can get your baby sleeping great now that you're back home and settled. And again, I'm sorry that you feel disappointed. -Jilly

Hi LM, Please email us directly if you would like a refund. What makes our sleep training program so easy to follow and successful is that ALL of the necessary information and advice is in one place. So parents don't have to spend days on google, deciding what information is (and isn't) relevant and try to come up with their own personalized sleep training plan. We are based in the US, so we charge US Dollars. Sorry that that was confusing for you. We do link to some products on Amazon that can help your child sleep better (white noise machines, black out curtains, etc..) because parents ask us often for our recommendations. This is meant to help parents and I assure you the commissions from Amazon are very small. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed and I wish you all the best. -Jilly

Hi Lud, I'm sorry you didn't get the results you wanted. You're right, when choosing a very gentle sleep training method like our "Minimal Tears" it takes time. That's because we trade time for tears. We go very slowly, undoing one sleep association at a time, to minimize your baby's crying or fussing. For some babies, this takes 2-3 weeks and for others it can take longer. Even the "No Cry Sleep Solution" advises going very slowly and taking months to change your baby's sleep habits. I appreciate you still recommending the program to other moms. And again, I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. Adding on personal support CAN make a big difference with helping your baby learn new, independent sleep habits as quickly as possible. With personal support, you can speak directly to me and my Support Team and receive personalized advice 7 days/week.
