The company did well on getting my order shipped out fast. When my order was received one of the jell lids was damaged and bottle was leaking, it was probably damaged in shipping not the companys fault however still sucks. Also the jell was buy 2 get one free, I only received the 2 I paid for.

I can hear the heart rate but the number showing on screen is not quite accurate to the heart beat

The website and app kept breaking it wouldn’t let me create an account on the website so I made one on the app than the app wouldn’t let me purchase it unless it was on the website where the login didn’t work.

Ordering is simple but I didn't receive any feedback after placing the order. No one ever answered the customer service phone number. I finally found out what was going on with my order after sending an email and that was through ups saying I had a package coming not because of the company.

The doppler was shipped and received quickly; however, despite multiple attempts and much patience. We are unable to hear the HR with it. We think the doppler is not strong enough.

The product itself seems to do the job but first I paid extra for 2 day expedited shipping, I ordered on Monday and didn’t receive until 7pm Thursday night. Second, they sent me ultrasound gel that had already expired 2 weeks before I even made the order. I tried to get in contact with them, I provided my name and order number but I never heard anything back.
