Customer communications is slacking. One email for confirmation and left a couple voicemails and no answers. We need the part urgently for a building on university campus. I NEED to know where the parts are and shipping confirmation! And TRACKING number!

this seems to be the only way anyone at this company responds to anything. They emailed me yesterday saying they would get my parts in the mail but now once again won't respond. I NEED to know where the parts are and shipping confirmation! And TRACKING number!

Thank you for leaving a review. I would like to apologize for the experience you had with us. We are always trying to keep accurate stock and keep on top of any issues that arise. And always trying to improve our service. We located this issue and have emailed you and are working to resolve it. I apologize for the shipping error. These will be shipped immediately, as confirmed by the customer today. We fill several thousand orders monthly, and rarely receive reviews. We always do our best to take care of any issues as they occur. If there's anything further we can do for you, please let us know.
DO NOT order from this company. We placed an online order on August 4. They charged our credit card right away. We received an order confirmation, but to this day (September 1) we have not received anything. We have contacted them over 30 times via email, text, and phone messages, and we have had ZERO contact from them. At this point I'm assuming they have taken our money and run. They are obviously not a legitimate company to order from. Advice to others - Stay Away.

stay away, ordered parts online (said they have 5 pieces in stock). Took my money right away but never shipped anything out. Waited 3 weeks still nothing, and no one answers the phone. Will have to call AMEX to dispute charges, not sure how they are running a business.

I ordered 4 PCV1630s on 1/16/26. My credit card was charged on that day even though nothing was ever shipped. I tried contacting them after 2 weeks, by phone, email, text and could never get anyone to respond. I waited a couple more weeks and still nothing, no shipping information or any response from B2E. This was a $2700 charge to my card. I figured if they actually did not have the PCVs that they would respond and refund me accordingly. But what I did have to do was call the credit card company to have them dispute it. I received my refund but no thanks to B2E.

Said most items ship in 2-3 days. It's been almost two months and they won't respond to calls, voicemails, or emails. Stay away from this business.

I placed an overnight order for 8 actuators on Thursday 10/9/25, on Monday morning (10/13/25) they had still not arrived. I called, they actually answered and told me they forgot to process my order but they will get it shipped out immediately. about 4 days later 3 out of my 8 actuators arrived. I continued calling, emailing, and messaging them on Facebook with no responses what so ever, while i continued to ask for a call back. Finally I got an email back on 10/22/25 that they were trying to locate my missing actuators, I responded immediately asking for a call back, still nothing. This morning (10/23/25) I received a second shipment with 4 more actuators. I have continued trying calling and emailing with Zero responses. Do not recommend using this company for anything. I was also told by the one and only person that actually answered my calls that I would be reimbursed for the $130 overnight shipping and that has not happened either. Very disappointed. ORDER # 127061.
