TERRIBLE!!! I had a pair of cleats that lasted me two soccer seasons and when I went to Azteca to get the same exact pair they barely lasted a week before the bottom completely fell off. After asking for a return was met with unhelpful emails and angry phone calls. They are refusing to refund or give me new cleats. What the heck man. I am incredibly disappointed. Would NEVER order from this place again. Thanks for nothing.

Ordering and shipping was straightforward. This is our second pair of the same shoes, our first experience with Azteca. This pair blew out in my daughter's first game and the return process was overall laborious and off-putting. The "person who responds to all emails" called me today after emailing back and forth for 5 weeks to talk over me, and explain to me that he could see the defective item, but would be sending the busted pair back to me. He accused my daughter of playing on turf which wasn't true and frankly would have been pedantic even if it were the case? She is in high school, they play on a grass field. He repeatedly wanted me to know that I was the problem, even calling my inability to mail them back "weird". Bizarre phone call, I would never order from them again. That person on the phone encouraged me to write this. Indeed I shall. Tchau, Henry! Hope you can get me a working pair of shoes or my $110 back!

Avoid this company. Did not receive my item. They fought tooth and nail to not refund me by not replying to emails and disputing my dispute twice. Total scam business.

They cancelled my order and dint even specify the reason. They are not reliable

spent $70 on a juventus kit and instead get a cheap knockoff goalkeeper shirt that's half the price and not even remotely close to the same item. i come to find out they sent my order to a person with same first name in a completely different state! whoever packed and shipped these items should not be working there shows such a low level of incompetence from the employees that they couldn't get a single thing right about the order! now i have to go through the whole long process of returning it but i will definitely never buy from this place again and advise everyone else to do the same

Beware of shipping ripoff. For $59 cleats paid $12 shipping bc my kids like them, size was too big, to exchange return they charged me another $9. And to buy new they will charge me $12 again. So for $59 cleats I paid $33 for shipping. Never again.

Shipping was fast, item was nice but needed to be returned. Rerun process is a nightmare. Finding the return link on the website is hidden, once found, return request needs approval, once approved, I got a return number and no address, then 2 more emails requesting pictures of what I was returning, even though they had my order number and knew the item. Buy some place else that has return policies based in the 21st century.
