this was my second and last time trying one of their vouchers, first try I used it to pay on a site and it took them nearly three days of trying and trying again bc of network issues. Now I bought another small one and tried redeeming it myself and... network error, again and again... and if you press the help button ... sorry, page not found don´t spend your money here, sorry.

I order a code from their website. When i try to redeem it its says already redeemed. I dont redeem anything..! scam?

Horrível, se for do Brasil não compre, vai estar limitado a 2 exchanges para resgatar chatas pra um c*ralho e vai ter que passar por trocentos KYC, se fosse pra fazer essa m*rda comprava por corretora logo

Extremely poor customer support and compromised key integrity. I purchased Azteco Bitcoin vouchers through Driffle, but upon immediate redemption, the codes showed "Invalid Wallet Address" on On-chain and "Payment Failed - Already Redeemed" on Lightning Network. When contacted, Azteco support refused to investigate the technical logs (IP, actual redemption wallet, or API timestamps) and simply gave a generic copy-pasted response washing their hands. Their system clearly allowed vouchers to be scraped or leaked prior to/upon customer reveal, and they refuse to take responsibility for compromised inventory. Unreliable service.

A lot to say... They send the lowest fees so you'll get confirmed transaction within 6h (under 1sat/b) They take 10% without telling you anything The only good point is that it's sent within 10min but confirmed in hours

Hola buenas vengo a exponer mi caso ,y esta personas me han estafado primero si me ayudaron a activar mi cuenta a cambio de 300€ y una vez activada el chaval me dijo que tenía que cobrar su comisión que era del 5% pero que él tenía que cobrar antes el dinero que yo recibiera mi ganancia pues aposta no me aviso y claramente él tenía que saber si me saltaba dinero la billetera no quedaría activada por que hay una pequeña comisión que ellos se quedan y no llega el total del dinero que envíe en este caso tenia q sale a el 304.95€ y solo le llego 294.01 por una comisión que me cobraron poreso a él no le llego el total del dinero resulta que ahora dice que no se puede hacer nada que el dinero se queda ahh en el aire y no me devuelve mi dinero para poder enviarle la cantidad adecuada ni nada solo me dice q tengo que pagar 150€ mas en total llevo gastado 600€ipico y no eh visto todavía ningún benéfico estos tíos son unos vende humo y voy hacer todo lo que esté en Miami para cerrarle el chiringuito no me da la gana que se burlen de la gente haciéndoles creer una cosas y después te dicen que el fallo lo has cometido tú no ellos mismo hacen que falles para que te quedes sin nada ,no haigas caso de lo que os cuenten y si ya estáis metidos en ajo no deis mas dinero porque no solucionan adsolutamente nada estoy muy decepciona con todo esto y no voy a parar asta que me devuelvan lo que es mío

Qr code not working, everytime i scan qr code it says already redeemed for 3 different voucher code. I sent multilple forms/mails via their site since 3 days and still have no answer.

I bought a 50 EUR voucher, said that it couldn't reach azte.co to recieve the funds. Tried again a few hours later and it said that it had already been redeemed, I never received the funds. Tried contacted support through the help page, never received any reply after over a week. Used before, no issues, shame things like this happen sometimes which make it untrustworthy for me to use
