Extremely disappointed with communication
Extremely disappointed with their lack of communication. I filed a claim listing out the details of the treatments that the hospital conducted when I was unwell. My claim was denied as a not covered pre-existing. However, they have not yet clarified what said pre-existing condition was. This was the first time a doctor provided a diagnosis of the specific condition. The company has claimed that they have an appeals process, but in my experience the process has been more of a delaying tactic. For over a month I have not gotten any response to emails. And phone calls result in ‘your file is being reviewed’ as a response. The whole time, I am sitting on $10k hospital bill.
