I ordered one of their bigger carpets at the beginning of September and finally received it on 10/18 and that’s after several emails asking where it was and they would not do a refund. I paid 109.00 and received a carpet that’s almost the consistency of a moving blanket. The flower design looks like they cut out a picture of flowers and blew it up a thousand times. It’s all blurry and the colors are muted. This company is a scam. Plus, I was under the assumption that the rug was coming from Texas because they listed a Texas address. You have to do your homework and google these company’s because most of them are coming from China and there is a lot of them out there. Also I’ve noticed that they have the same type of format in the way they list their products. Especially clothes! Buyer beware!!!

I've been pulling my hair out for the last hour just trying to buy one damn product from their website but everything is so screwed up that I wasn't able to do anything until I found these reviews which clearly shows that I've done nothing but waste my time and stress over nothing. It's people like this that will put me in an early grave. This is nothing but a scam, through and through.

This company is a SCAM a FRAUD—do not buy anything from them. I purchased a rug on 10/2 and my credit card was charged that day. Nothing has been shipped to me but they won’t cancel the order saying “its in process” even though one of their emails to me said it had shipped. When I protested then they lied and said it hadn’t shipped but a prior email gave a fake tracking number. I don’t understand why the payment processors don’t flag this company as fraud.

Scam. They sell blankets as rugs. Printed stolen motives. They then offer a small discount. The shipping to China is so expensive that a full refund hardly make up for the shipping.

OMG I feel like I totally got ripped off or you kidding me this sucks like a skinny a low-quality bathmat that I could’ve bought at big lots maybe even the dollar tree I was so excited to get it and they send me these phony email saying that your rug is being custom-made blah blah blah with all kinds of personal care and on and on and then it shows up and it’s a piece of crap so disappointed

Ordered 2 rugs, thankfully, I only opened the smaller item. These are NOT rugs, but very cheap mats that likely cost far more to ship than to make. Just wrote demanding a full refund. The refund information is contradictory on their website. They state “We Put Our Customers First. If it doesn't fit, it breaks, or you've changed your mind, simply send it back to us and we'll cheerfully refund you every cent.” however they also state, in another section “Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition; Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork; Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method;” How can you look at your product to know it’s horrid if you don’t open the package? This is a scam of a company. If a -5 were available, I’d give them that rating.

Just receive my new quilt ...... It just a thin piece of material with a very cheap enlargement of picture. The price is crazy for that. Now I have to buy the lining to go inside. This stupid thing will cost me over 200.00 after I but the lining in it. Don t ever buy anything from that sight.

IP Theft of other artists' work! I was browsing their site and this blanket caught my eye: "Flower CL1406108 Quilt Blanket" (I can't include the link in this review). I recognized the design, and given that the blanket was zoomed in and cropped, and consists of only a small part of the original stunning quilt, I am pretty sure the original artist did not license this to them. The original is called Flower Festival by Noriko Masui (2006). Part of the exhibit Stitching the Seasons: Contemporary Japanese Quilts at the Crow Collection of Asian Art in Dallas.
