I just sent a rug to my sister in Florida and it was supposed to be a small doormat. It was the size of a rug but no good as a doormat because there is no cushion or pile--it is only good enough as a dish drying rack! What a piece of junk, this doesn't even have any rubber on the back of it. Misleading and misrepresenting your product. According to my sister a towel would be more absorbent. Very disappointing, this was a Christmas gift. Glad it wasn't the only gift I sent her, but glad it was the only one I got from your company, azcozy! No sense in trying to get my money back and that's what they rely on. Never buying another item from China or this company again.

I also ordered, and paid for a quilt that was described as, and pictured as a hand-made quilt which turned out to be simply a whitish sheet with some print on it with a flimsy black backing. Has anyone had success recovering their money or finding an advocate to help with this matter as it seems many have had the same experience?

I ordered a Christmas rug. It wasnt even a rug, it was a piece of foam. $59.99 later. I ahould of read reviews or did my homework first. Anything coming from China is usually junk. Wish I would of known. Asking for a partial refund, for this mat, not a rug, might be worth $10! Not happy

Ordered a blanket in the beginning of November. Here it is two days away from Christmas and DHL tracking said it just arrived at customs. Shame on me for not reading reviews first. If it does ever come, I shutter at the thought of poor quality like I’ve read thus far.

I also ordered a quilt. I could also kick myself for not looking at the reviews. My quilt was supposed to has been appliqued birds on a beautiful quilted background. What I go was printed birds on a machine-stitched piece of fabric. $70 down the drain.

I ordered a comforter.. I received a sheet with a zipper. Then when I tried contacting the company all my messages came back undeliverable! Do not do business with this company! Plus, it shipped from China, not Texas as the website says.

Shame on me for ordering a quilt before reading these reviews. Worse piece of crap I’ve ever received. Smells like dead fish and is clearly different from what is pictured on-line. Made in China, yep, scamming us for sure. Going to wash and use in my dogs crate because I know they won’t refund my $80.00. So mad at myself!

I too saw this ad on Facebook and ordered a comforter bedding set, what I received was something of such inferior quality, took over a month to receive and doesn’t even fit my bed. Of course my emails asking for a refund have gone unanswered. This is a scam company, and yes Facebook should take down their ads.
