This company practices bait and switch and false advertisement. When purchasing this plugin our decision was based on the advertised fact that it was a "one time purchase". However, sadly, we discovered that plugin stops working after 12 months without updates, and its true yearly subscription cost is not worth what it has to offer. There are many alternatives out there, please, think twice before relying on this plugin for your quizzes.

This is an uncommon case for us and we would like to make things right. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our clients. I want to mention, that the information about the Support and Updates for 12 months in the case of the Business package is clearly mentioned in the pricing table on our official website. You have only seen the word one-time payment and ignored all the available information on our official website. We have a one-time payment mechanism. So, it means that even if your license expires, the system will not charge you automatically. In that case, you need to renew your license by purchasing the package again. In your particular case, you have updated your PHP and WordPress to the latest versions and simultaneously have been using a very old version of our plugin. It is pretty logical, that the old version of the plugin may be incompatible with the latest versions of WordPress and PHP. The latest version of our plugin is compatible with both the PHP and WordPress latest versions. Please note, that we can't provide support and updates after the license expiration free of charge as we are a company that gives salaries to staff members and works hard to improve the quality of our products. This is a process that needs recourses. Thank you.

Interactions with their customer service end of things were great. I made an error when ordering, had a credit card issue as well, and their responses were immediate, kind, helpful and appreciated.

Absolutely loved their plugin and their professionalism and generosity...i am using their plugin called Chartify...and it has pretty easy to build chart styles. While other plugins have the same common charts available, it has among other things,the organization chart builder as a distinct form of chart. I searched for some organisation type chart builders in the whole wordpress plugin repo but was totally disappointed with the lack of a desirable feature until i happened to find this plugin (chartify). I am so excited talking about this plugin that i totally recommend it to everyone in need of a chart building plugin with ease of use and beauty of style feature.
