Purchasing a dress on this website through this company was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality gown. It was easy to order and they were quick to email me to make sure the order was correct before they sent the dress. This dress was absolutely beautiful. The colour came in a little more red/pink than the purple that was advertised but it exceeded all my expectations. I found it looked brighter outside but still had that rich colour. It was stunning. It was comfortable and easy to hem with the light layer underneath. The sizing was excellent and true to size. The stretch satin was nice and heavy and didn’t cling to your body. I wore the puffed sleeves off the shoulder and they had an elastic in them so they stay put. I can’t rave about this dress enough. It’s especially flattering if you’re looking for something more A-line. The bodice has built-in boning corset and it makes it tight in the right places. I would order this dress again in a different colour. I got a lot of compliments on it! I felt beautiful. The customer service was excellent but just make sure you measure yourself because returns can be challenging but only due to proximity. They give you multiple options instead of a return, which in my view, was excellent customer service. From the time I ordered until it was delivered was not a long wait but I also paid for rush delivery.

Honestly the dress was amazing, did custom sizing and it fit perfectly they shipped it and delivered so fast I am super grateful to AWbridal!

My overall experience with AW Bridal was wonderful. The customer service team did well with responses, the dresses are all great quality, and it came in earlier than expected! I originally ordered a dress in what I thought was my correct size and it came in too large and long waisted. I am a size lower so part of the problem was that I had the wrong size HOWEVER, I have begun to realize that their dresses run long waisted. Some of my friends ordered dresses in their correct size and the dresses came in long waisted on them as well. I was able to return and get a refund and then ordered a second dress that I did customized sizing and some alterations to fit what I needed. The second dress came in beautiful and fits me perfectly!! I definitely recommend customized sizing and sending a specific measurement for how long to make the waist. Overall would highly recommend this company for beautiful, high quality dresses!

Review updated on 20/09/2026: I ordered two bridesmaid dresses to try on a few months ago (230 euros approximately). They arrived OK but ended up not being the right fit so I sent them back, which was quite expensive, around 70 euros in postal fees. I gave customer service the tracking info and then waited, checking on it regularly. Both dresses (sent separately) soon got stuck at customs, but customer service did not seem worried so I waited some more... After several weeks, since there was no movement at customs, I sent a message again, and customer service processed a 50% refund for the first dress while we waited for everything to get released. However, it turned out that they actually meant for these 50% to be the final refund for this dress, and I could not expect to get anything more back on that dress... Almost four months after my return, both packages were still stuck at customs so I got in touch with customer service again, as I was still hoping to get a full refund for the second dress. I called them out on the return process being intentionally super hard and designed to make me give up on my money. They assured me it was not meant like that and quickly initiated a 60% refund on the second dress, which was supposed to be the end of it. However, the complete lack of getting back to me on their own and the fact that the return was not processed completely left me a bad impression: even assuming it was maybe all customs' fault, it really felt like they were waiting on me to get tired or bored of the situation (or to forget about it entirely, as they wouldn't even have offered any partial refund if I had not got back in touch with them after weeks and months without news). I left a review here reflecting this poor experience and customer service came back to me immediately with an offer to entirely refund both dresses, which they've done since. They were very kind il the emails the whole time, and since I did end up getting my money back, I've opted to update my review from 1 to 3 stars. Still, the fact that this resolution was so complicated to obtain and required some public complaining left me unsure about the commercial practices of the company. The final experience is positive (dresses gone and money back) but at the cost of a lot of time and stress, so I'd be careful when ordering there, and I would definitely recommend only buying stuff you're sure will be a good fit!

Fabulous customer service great communication and quick to respond

I absolutely loved this dress! Since it is crystal satin, I thought I would have to go up two sizes, but I ended up going up just one size and sending back the bigger dress, and it worked out perfectly. The exchange process was seamless; customer service was quick to communicate, returning the larger size was hassle-free, and my refund was processed promptly. Once I received the dress, I did not need a single alteration. Pairing it with high heels made the length fall just right, completely saving me the time and expense of getting it hemmed. One quick tip for bridal parties: make sure everyone orders the exact same fabric, as different materials like stretch satin versus crystal satin can show subtle shade variations, though everything still looked lovely together in the photos. Overall, it was stunning with the rest of the bridal party, and I could not have been happier with how it turned out!

ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses to try, the quality of the dresses were terrible & definitely not true to size, i tried to send them back costing a total of £75 shipping fee, as they wont provide a shipping label, for them to get stuck at customs to then get told i need to pay another £40 to release them out of customs bare in mind the dresses cost £200 so i’d of lost more than half of my money then i paid for the dresses!!! i then emailed AW bridal as i wasnt happy & they offered me 70% of my money back if i dint pay the customs fee which they could of told me before i spent the £75!!! they dont specify there address untill you need to return which i think is terrible as there address is in china and costs a fortune to return!! which is why there website doesnt state it! do not buy!! especially if your not 100% & would like to return!!

My experience was amazing. I ordered a dress that was not my size and they were open to change it for me and made sure they made a dress my size and for my needs. The dress is so beautiful and very well made, I can’t wait to wear it at a special wedding that is coming soon. Thank you so much. I will definitely will order from you again in the future
