The quality of your work is great, but your fees are entirely unacceptable.
The work is fine, but the pricing is nowhere near competitive.

Hi Karen-- Thank you very much for your honest evaluation of our quality and fees; unfortunately, we aren't always able to meet everyone's budget, and I agree that there are cheaper services out there.
