I was charged $30 for 4 40mm pictures and then was pressured into writing a positive review for $5 off something that shouldn't have costed anymore than $10 in the first place. The woman waited for me to write a positive review and then went and checked before she gave me the $5 discount.

Yes, you are correct you were charged $30 for 4 France Visa picture and that's the price around the city, you can visit any place. The price was mentioned to you even before taking your visa photo, if you didn't wanted to pay that prices then you should have not opted for the service as there's no obligation to choose our services 2. Our team was very very very kind enough to share you the information about the France Retirement visa without any cost, we even took your contact details and mentioned that we will get more information and pass it on to you without any fees. We go way beyond any other visa/passport company to assist our clients and give them convenience. 3. We don't withhold any client to write a review, we had just recommended you to review our services since you were very very very very pleased with our services, and you said lot of good thing about our services. Since we had passed so much of information to you we thought you'd be kind enough to put a review for our services. During our conversation there was not a single point where you were obligated to do anything. It was all voluntarily. 4. Its not about just taking a 30 second photo, the efficiency and accuracy on the taking a client comes with a good experience, we work very hard to train everyone to be quick, precise and to point when taking any clients. You can see the photo how much clear and how good the quality of the picture was. There’s no store or office who would do that quick simultaneously answering all your questions and concerning regarding the visa. 5. We have looked at your profile and saw the places where you have reviewed it doest look like you were pleased or happy with any services you have used, so there's no doubt about this review either. They got me the wrong passport size my old passport was 50 pages the one they got me was 28 pages I never checked the small size passport When I asked them to correct their mistake they didn’t give me any answer except lies one of the worst services in DFW area Bad service No responsibility for their mistakes monkey business Beware of this company and specially the Richardson office
