Incompetent I had a withdrawal of £31. 1x£1 2x£5 2x£10 that’s how they decided to make the payment. Unfortunately my credit card was paid off. So £15 of the payment was returned to them. And each time I contact them. I get. So we overpaid u £15. NO u thick Cretins. I even gave them the email from my credit card company with all the transactions references. Clearly states they returned £15 back to BINGO TOUR. This has been ongoing for over 4week. So AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Fake company, will scam you for money. They have horrible customer service or care. STAYAWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SOFTWARE GAMING COMPANY. They like to steal your money and don't help refund your money back after a mistake you made. Worst experience I ever had with a app.

This game is such a scam. They scam people out there money. Word things so it makes you think you are winning money and going to deposit into your account but really they charge you and have the audacity to fight with me for a refund over $10 dollars. Don't fall for this scam/fraud game. They are here just to get your money and that's its. I tried to withdraw what I put in and guess what they charge a .60 cent fee to get it out so I can't even get my money back out because now I need $10.60 to be able to withdraw my own money. It's a shame a company does this shady stuff. I'm gonna report this false scam company as far as I can. Please don't don't download. Waste of time horrible customer service. Thanks for being a thief of a game. Idk how you were aloud to even be on the Galaxy Store.
