I ordered a strider bike with pedals
I ordered a strider bike for my granddaughters 3rd bday. I was excited to see the bike on sale. I wanted to get a bike with a pedal package. When it arrived it only contained the bike. When I emailed to see when the pedal kit was coming they said I only ordered the bike. There are still adds on their site that say the bike with the pedals only now it says sold out. There is now a new higher price. I buy many products online and have never had a retailer not consider they made a mistake and offer some kind of solution. It was shocking to me. I would never do business with this company again!
