How hard can it be to ship some shampoo ? I placed an order during Thanksgiving it was a gift with multiple products. I ordered it all to be wrapped and paid for that. ONE piece was shipped to my sister unwrapped ( spoiled the whole surprise ) and now it has been over 10 days and the rest of the order has not shipped. The customer service online take a long time to deal with . Chat will keep you waiting forever so just use the phone and call. Really makes me remember why I swore off buying Aveda on their site. Really frustrating.

Website is painfully crap and riddled with security issues. Whoever built it has ripped you off! Nearly impossible to place an order but thankfully other sites stock your products.

Poor customer service. No despatch email or any news about order placed 4 days ago. Tried to do live chat but it's unavailable. Nothing either from their courier (and I have checked spam/junk ). Unless you have signed up to an account it's very difficult to get any information about your order. Hopefully the goods will eventually get here otherwise its £80 lost.

I just went to the Aveda in Davie, FL for an updo for prom. The first hairstylist didn’t know how to do her job, burned my ear while curling my hair and had to redo the og bun she did. Then her instructor was rude causs I needed to get going since they took longer then they should’ve. All of this for my hair to look whatever with a bump left in my hair. Fine for haircuts but don’t come for actually getting your hair done

Decent products, super expensive. The absolute most dysfunctional website in the universe. Repeatedly told me my order did not go through, charged my card though, and the order indeed did not go through. I was on with customer service three times in one day, they should compensate me. It always takes repeated attempts to place an order. Looking for a competitor who offers a working website.

I have been using Aveda Smooth shampoo and conditioner for years, unfortunately they changed their formulas. What once left my hair silky shiny and light now looks greasy and weighed down. I did try all the other new lines but they made my head itch, so a no go on any of them. It’s to bad because I didn’t mind how much it cost, it was worth it for my hair. You lost a great customer!

I used to LOVE Aveda's Rosemary Mint Shampoo & conditioner. I didn't buy it for years because it was hard to find. I recently saw it at a salon & decided to treat myself. It was VERY expensive ($70 for 33.8 oz) but I remembered it being thick & rich so a bottle that BIG would last a long time. I am SO DISAPPOINTED! Same great scent, but the conditioner is SO SO SO THIN! It took 6-9 pumps to condition my shoulder-length hair. :( NOT A GOOD DEAL. I won't make that mistake again.

Something has changed in the Invati line for women in the last couple of years. I bought the line over 5 or 6 months ago and started using it. I see nothing that is promised. A lots of money to pay for no results. I have used Aveda products for a few decades and was very pleased. Since my Heart surgery I was losing hair so tried the Invati line and don't see the promised results at all.
