Payments through Avail typically process within 3 business days, compared with up to 5 to 7 business days on many other rental sites. FastPay is a feature available on the Unlimited Plus Plan that can assist you in receiving those funds just a little faster. Please know that we are actively working to address this; we are currently in the process of growing our support team specifically to shorten wait times and eliminate these delays for all of our customers. We do see that you were able to connect with an agent on 3/2. During that conversation, our team member aimed to explain the standard processing timeframe for payments through Avail, including the gap between the tenant's initial payment and the final deposit into your account. We were able to connect and follow up with more detailed information via email to provide a bit more clarity into that process.
