Great experience for a great price. Shopped around with a few other transporters and this was by far the best value. Delivered right on time. Would recommend highly. My order number was 251510 and my main customer service representative was Jessie.

Having never shipped a vehicle before, I was not sure what to expect. Well, here is what to expect with Direct Express Auto Transport: a quick and easy process. I was notified almost immediately that my transport had been secured and even the estimated dates of pickup and delivery were really close to spot on. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Warning Warning. BEWARE! Bait and Switch. Do NOT use this company they use bait and switch tactics. They bid a low internet quote that they know would not ship at that price. Customer service is like dealing with petulant children. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional small business. FOLLOW UP.......To be clear this disreputable company uses bait and switch tactics. They quoted a price of 720.00 for shipping and told me it would ship within 1-10 days. Then had a carrier select the car so they could charge my credit card. That carrier subsequently deselected the car but these people still charged the 200.00 deposit to my CC. After two weeks they said I could add 100.00 to the price. Do yourself a favor go with a reputable broker that does not use unethical business practices.

We are sorry customer Tom Brinton is dissatisfied with the service. We make it clear upfront that our higher Expedited and Rush rates increase the chances of shipping quicker. Mr. Brinton wanted the faster service at the lowest price and that did not happen. Sometimes it does, but this time it did not. Because we did actually assign a carrier at the lower price, which works 75% of the time, we of course charged the customer card the deposit, which has been refunded because he cancelled. Mr. Brinton simply became impatient with a process that we explained upfront. Most people appreciate our upfront approach. We wish Mr. Brinton well.
This was by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Not professional at all, and neither are their transportation vendors. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. Check their REAL reviews on Yelp.

I contacted multiple transport companies for quotes to transport my car. A few said "call or text me", price was great but I was never able to get in communication with the company, but I continued to receive emails. Direct express was not the lowest price, but the company was available to answer all of my questions. Still due to my own anxiety because of past businesses I have dealt with, I was leery of the business. It was a 3rd party, I also was not familiar with the trucking company. I submitted my order on Wednesday afternoon, a driver was assigned by Saturday morning of labor day weekend, my car was picked up on time and dropped a day ahead of schedule. The driver was courteous and professional. Thank you and yes, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Awesome Service. Legacy Transport (via Direct Express) picked up my new Sequoia at the dealer in Illinois at 6 pm on the first day it was available. By 9:00am the next morning it was being unloaded at my front door in Okc. The driver was very friendly. I originally messed up the Availability Date on my order. When I called Customer Service at direct express they cheerfully and quickly located and updated my order.

I was hopeful about using this company based on the reviews, but ended up disappointed. My earliest ship date was August 2nd. I called on August 7th to get an update on the status and was told that I had to just wait. I asked if I should change my address to another location, perhaps closer to an interstate, and was told it wouldn't make a difference. On the 13th, I found a company with a quicker turnaround and called to cancel at Direct Express. I was then told that changing the address would help. Too little, too late.
