Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. My customer service representative Ashley was very professional and the driver was very nice and made sure to keep me informed and updated. I would recommend this service and I would use it again.

We needed to ship our Toyota Truck from CA to NE. It was easy. Sarah was very friendly & helpful. The driver contacted us the day before to let us know his schedule for pick-up day. He called us the day of pick-up to give us update of his arrival time. He was just as good at delivery. Very easy transaction. Would definitely recommend.

Jessie was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions. The driver assigned to me was also curious and made sure to meet me for deliver at my requested time. All aspects of the process were quick and smooth. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone in need of auto transportation.

Edith was very helpful in helping me understand the process since this was my first time shipping a vehicle across the country. Our vehicle was picked up as promised and delivered within the timeframe conveyed.

I requested to move my vehicle from Virginia to Texas with Direct Express Auto Transport. This is one of the best service & experience I have ever had. The customer service was very courteous and knowledgeable. The driver (Lacy) is a great gentleman and I was amazed with his customer service. He called and informed us exactly when he is going to pickup the vehicle. Gave good lead time and picked up the vehicle on time. It was a Sunday afternoon, he came in as promised in a very nice shipping truck that gave us confidence and ensured that my van is going in safe hands and will be delivered safely. Also, informed us when exactly we can expect the delivery. There are no of cheaters in this business but fortunately this is the company we could rely upon and give business. I got the vehicle within 3 days and the driver called me a night in advance to ensure vehicle delivery is on schedule. I wish a good luck and congratulate them to continue to provide similar level of great service in future.

Direct Express Auto Transport was an excellent choice for me and I’m glad I chose them for their services. I was initially hesitant as I had never had a car shipped from another state but it could not have been easier and my new car made it to me with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!!

This company is great... The trucker called me all through the time of delv. I was very happy with the service to get the trucker. The trucker Mike picked up my 64 Replica Grand Sport Corvette early and dev. early also which made it even better he was so careful with it. normally i never like anyone to drive my Vette's but Mike was so very careful. So all I can say is everyone did their jobs to the best... Thank you ALL for a perfect delv. LYN

Terrible Auto transport and I have very bad experience with this. They damaged my car and they delivered the car scratches on body and mud dirty on the car. They are not at all responding after delivered the car for claim the amount. It is worst experience with this auto transport direct.
