Golan immediately reached out to inform me of his notification that the part I ordered would not ship from the factory for two to three weeks. He immediately texted me as soon as it shipped and tracking info. I was very impressed with his communication regarding the matter and I received my Mishimoto transmission cooler in perfect condition within 3 days from when it shipped.
