AutoNotes AIReviews of autonotes.ai

This is a company that created something that I’ve been searching for a while and it meets the expectations I was looking for.

Super grateful, this is the timesaver that I needed in my practice. The intuitive nature of the generator makes my notes a breeze

I find the templates useful for the most part. You have to do a little digging but each template can be modified if needed. Other than that, and a somewhat slow note processing/production time, I find the platform helpful.

Used for years, and it is so helpful, customizable to your note-taking needs.

I’ve been using Auto Notes AI for the past three years, and it has truly been a game changer for my clinical practice. As a clinician seeing approximately 20 patients per week, documentation can become incredibly time-consuming, but this platform has made progress notes, treatment plans, and intake documentation significantly faster and more efficient. What I appreciate most is that it not only saves time, but also helps ensure my documentation remains thorough, organized, and compliant with insurance requirements and EMDR documentation standards. The quality and structure of the notes have helped streamline my workflow while allowing me to spend more time focusing on patient care instead of administrative tasks. Auto Notes AI has become an essential part of my practice, and I highly recommend it to other mental health professionals looking to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality clinical documentation.

AutoNotes AI has genuinely made a difference in both my work and personal life. As someone balancing multiple responsibilities, the time it saves me on documentation is invaluable. What used to take a significant part of my evening now gets done quickly and efficiently, which means more quality time with my family instead of being stuck behind a computer finishing notes. What I appreciate most is that it still allows my notes to feel personalized and clinically relevant while reducing the administrative burden that so many professionals face. AutoNotes AI has become a tool I rely on daily, and it has helped create a much healthier work-life balance.

This program has made my life 100% easier as a therapist. 4 stars due to some issues with the dictation button working consistently and some inconsistent note generations at times that require editing, but overall highly recommend to every therapist!

I love that autonotes helps me save time and write better notes and it integrates into Simple Practice. My only gripe is that I have to correct the formatting every time meaning it does not auto populate the DAP note spaces so I have to copy and paste to get it right.
