The worst. Simple chip repair. SURE, c'mon in. It'll only take 20 minutes. When you get there (no appointments) you're then told it'll be a three hour wait for the 20 minute job. Front office personnel are clowns. Absolutely not professionalism. They seem to relish their very practiced bait and switch game.

My first contact with this company was very pleasant. The young lady that I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. The quote for the job was much less than any other company. The gentleman that came here was very professional and courteous. He did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

Warning! Go to Safelite Auto so you don't get ripped off! After calling this company at 10am to get an estimate for a windshield I was told they could do it for $171 out the door and that I should show up at 11:15 because the winshield would be there at 11:30. Not only is it 2 in the afternoon and I'm still waiting on the glass to show up but the price has now gone up to $195. This company is a complete rip off! Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

HIGHLY recommend this place!! Everyone who worked there was so incredibly nice and my completely cracked windshield was replaced for LESS THAN $200!!! They did a fantastic job in less than an hour! It was raining that day I went and they let me walk in the garage to get my car when it was done so I wouldn't get rained on! Such nice people. The shop is in a crappy area of town and I came from edmond, skeptical but I went with it and it was totally worth the drive! I called to schedule an appointment and they answered the phone at 10 pm and got me in the next day! Its first come first serve and wow, I was treated so well!! Get your windshields fixed here for SURE!
