Wonderful experience all around at Auto Glass Now - Milford! I called Auto Glass Now after a frustrating experience with Safelite. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and polite - she connected me with their insurance department and waited with me through the call before scheduling an in-shop appointment on the next business day. The appointment was smooth and professional; I was in and out in a little over an hour. I highly recommend the Milford, MA Auto Glass Now shop!

Worst experience ever. Had a appointment and when i got there they said they could not do my car that they didn't have the part. Then they said it had to be done by the dealer.. Which is not true not true not true. They make appointments for cars they evidently cant work on. Dont waste your time Safelite got me going no problem

AUTO GLASS NOW: They are quick to land the customer but fail to deliver on their promises. Little to no professionalism. They were the first company to call me about replacing the windshield on my commercial vehicle. They scheduled the replacement but called the day before with an excuse about needing to change the date. I have no patience for amateurs, and I think they belong out of business. ZERO FOR AUTO GLASS NOW.

I ordered a windshield for my 1968 Chevelle after being assured by the company that they could both source the glass and perform the installation at my home. I even followed up with a phone call to confirm, and the agent assured me they could handle everything. I provided several Chevrolet suppliers who currently have the windshield in stock in case they needed help sourcing it. I also explained that I had a bad experience the week before with another auto‑glass company, and she assured me there would be no issues this time. This conversation took place on a Tuesday, and we scheduled the installation for Friday. On Thursday evening—less than 24 hours before the appointment—I called them to confirm the appointment since I was told someone would call to confirm. It was on this call that the agent stated they could not do the work. When I asked if the problem was sourcing the windshield, I reminded them that multiple suppliers had it available. The representative told me she was only informed that they “could not perform the work,” with no further explanation. To make matters worse, their website allows customers to order windshields for vehicles as old as 1949. If they cannot support classic‑car installations, they should update their site accordingly. Even after specifically ordering the windshield, confirming their ability to source it, calling to double‑check, and explaining that I had already been stood up by another company, I was stood up again at the last minute. You can decide for yourself if this is the type of company you want to deal with.

I had windshield installed I thought everything was good till after it rained a couple of times . Turns out while installing glass they damaged wiper blade it scratched mu new glass. I called installing dealer he said it been to long why I wait 6 weeks I said because I didn’t need wipers till it rained. Refused to do anything. I called corporate number they told me to go back for replacement I said he won’t unless you talk to him. When he came back on line the dealer was on line had a fit said it’s been 2 months and hung up line . The person from corporate was quite then started trying end call because what just happened. I seen what was happening said so your going hang up on me to so I hung up first.

I had a very disappointing experience with Auto Glass Now. I was told my windshield replacement would take less than 2 hours, but it ended up taking over 3 hours with no explanation or updates from the staff. What made it even more frustrating was watching other vehicles come in after mine and leave before mine was even being worked on. My car seemed to be pushed off to the side and forgotten about. Delays can happen, but better communication and customer service would have made a big difference. Being left waiting far longer than promised without any explanation was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Auto Glass Now.

Deceptive scheduling and awful customer service. Will lie and mis lead you to cover up their scheduling issues.
