No one was able to help me. they don't even trying. They just send me an unuseful link and ended the chat. I try now for about one week to contact them and get any help but they are not helpful. All in all very bad customer service for engineering students. Also you can't speak to them.

Autodesk is the biggest s**t show of a program I have ever downloaded and probably will be forever, I can't even uninstall it

Very bad software. It is unintuitive and very buggy. As and example, I have had an experience where 3DS max would crash constantly with NO indication of why. This is consistent of their products. Their website is also no help, consistently pointing me to empty pages and failing to load pages. I would not recommend their products.

Words cannot describe how-user unfriendly their programs are. It's doesn't feel like you're using a program, it feels like you're programming the program to be able to use it. Plus its very expensive for what it is. If you tried the alternatives (archicad, vectorworks,...) you know what I mean. edit: About revit: Yesterday I had to make a printscreen of a section, copy it to paint and save as jpeg, then load it into sketchup, and finally I could measure an angle. I had to do this because revit constantly froze, it was only using 25% of cpu. Turns out Revit can only use one core! How long do we have multi-core cpu's now? more then 10 years? Amateurs!
