Thank you for choosing us as your trusted Auto Parts Store! AutoBuffy Customer Care Team
I was very skeptical at first when I ordered my complete set of shocks/struts for my truck, but everything was exactly the way autobuffy said it would be. Free shipping and my order showed in only 3 days! Amazing! They even responded very quickly to my text asking for the tracking number. Thank you!

Impossible to get ahold of an actual person. All I received was a stupid text message m, at midnight, to tell me my item was out of stock. 2 days later it still shows in stock on the website. Since the text message, I have been stonewalled. No response to calls, email, or text asking for a refund. Customer service has been completely absent since since immediately after first contact. Will never purchase here again

Hey there, we hate to hear of an experience like this. Our inventory gets updated quite frequently but there could be times that a product runs out and our goal is to immediately let you know and refund your money immediately, which we did for you. In terms of replying back, we are always available at 888-477-2530 or through Live Chat on our website for you. Please call us when you can and we want to fix any issues for you. We purchased an air suspension compressor from these folks for one of our customer's vehicles. The compressor failed after about four months. We called customer service in an attempt to receive a replacement. My son was told to request a new part from the website. We tried that for weeks and sent several emails requesting a replacement. We never received a reply much less another compressor. We were forced to purchase one from another supplier.

Hey there, we have a 30-day money back guarantee which convers any issues (including a failed part). After that time frame, the manufacturer warranty kicks in. For this one part, there is a 24 month warranty and we require that the customer send pictures and the part back in, so we can ship you the new parts. As it goes for purchasing another compressor, we had said this to you because you were unwilling to wait for the new (free of charge) compressor to be shipped out from our manufacturer. That is why we suggested that. Either way, you can reach us at 888-477-2530 or through Live Chat as you are still covered with a 24 Month Warranty. AutoBuffy Customer Care Team
I can’t rate your company low enough. You’ve lost my order, refuse to communicate or give me any valid reason why you took my money but keep pushing my order back other than passing the buck and blaming it on a courier. I asked for management however all I got was excuses as to why I can’t get one. After an hour on the phone it was never resolved. Contacting the BBB. No more of my hard earned money will line your pockets! So now you still blame it on the courier, wrong!!! I have my documented proof from your company detailing your mistakes in this mess, yes my parts FINALLY arrived after I was given several changes to the delivery date due to a ‘glitch’ as y’all called it. All I asked for was communication not being hung up on twice and management never speaking to me after I requested it several times so again your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

EDITED & RESPONDED: Hi there, we understand your feelings, and yes time to time glitches can occur when we retrieve shipping tracking numbers and a change occurs. However we always notify our customers of changes to your order, including tracking numbers. We also delivered this on time. We never want a customer to feel like they aren't being acknowledged. We hate to hear situations like this that are out of our control. It's important to note that we deliver tracking numbers immediately after an order (which is subject to change) and ship the order via FedEx, UPS, or USPS after we have verified the address you provided. We even also have proof of delivery which is a great way to see that we did indeed deliver the product. Unfortunately, from time to time, if a package get's lost by a carrier like FedEx, UPS, or USPS, they require a claim, which is out of our control. It can be a long and frustrating process, but we do everything in our power to get you your hard earned money back. We can only provide all the information we have and all the information you provide. We also are always available for you and publish our phone number for that purpose, 1-800-477-2530. Our entire team is on standby. We'd love to help you out further and help you out to the best of our ability, so please contact us or email us at [email protected] and we'll be sure to rectify any problems you have to the best of our capability. All the best, thank you!
